Portfolio Sales Executive

Role Overview
The Portfolio Sales Executive (PSE) will be responsible for selling into current and new logo accounts within a cross industry territory with a specific assigned portfolio. Plans, organizes, leads, and controls balanced sales growth, and develops and manages a qualified opportunity pipeline. Focus on replicable selling. Works with Services Areas to develop replicable services offerings.
A Portfolio Sales Executive work together with other team members to achieve sales and operating targets. A PSE works side by side with one or more Services Areas in building and promoting its portfolio of services and solutions.
The Challenge
As part of the project, you will:

Be assigned and expected to manage specific services area business opportunities during the sales cycle, mostly autonomously.

Have a good understanding of products services or solutions offerings on assigned specializations areas.

Have technical knowledge of relevant specific company products solutions and services offerings.

Build a close working relation with the Services Area Leaders responsible for delivering the offerings that he/she sells. Work with Services Areas to “package” offerings.

May manage business relations and partnerships with named software solution partners.

Actively promote and sell opportunities to new and existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Schedule meetings with prospects, maintaining high levels of prospecting and contacts. Demonstrates independence with managing work and solving issues.

Generate a strong continuous pipeline of prospects for a Portfolio.

Deliver contents at live and digital events.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and necessary departments to deliver on client expectations.

Forecast and report revenues clearly on a monthly basis.

Support promotional strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

Effectively analyses and identify client needs and growth opportunities.

Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate.

Maintain close contact with clients delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum of 6 year of experience
Technical skills:

Experience in IT consulting and sales.
Soft and other skills:

Ability to work in stressful environments;

Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity;

Good communication skills;

Ability to communicate with several stakeholders;
-
Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Languages:

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
