Last week, at the executive breakfast about AI in the Transformation of Public Services, Sofia Carvalho, Vice-President of Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado, shared the enhancement of the IRN citizen support team with IReNe, the intelligent bot launched at the Web Summit. Fernando Reino da Costa and Nuno Infante Alves from Unipartner shared the vision and the roadmap to innovate the Citizen Service with AI.
