DIF session of May with virtual agents and Open AI's ChatGPT



Organizations are using Generative AI as part of their day-to-day activities to enhance productivity and create content and problem-solving answers, fine-tuned on proprietary data.


Our DIF session of May brought together teams from people-focused departments from several organizations to work on the business case “HR AI Partner”.


The session showed participants how they can use Open AI tools like virtual agents and ChatGPT to improve internal processes, respond to employees’ needs more efficiently and increase satisfaction rates.
